Abstract submission

The abstract submission is over. A schedule of talks can be viewed and downloaded here.

Guidelines for abstract submission

Contributed talks:

A contributed talk will last 20-25 minutes in duration, with an additional 5-10 minutes for discussion. We only accept contributed talks for in-person presentation. For those who cannot travel, please see online posters bellow.

Please use the template below to submit your abstract and include your name, affiliation and abstract. For submission, one must create a user account on the registration platform and upload their proposal within the submission area. The registration as a conference participant must be done at a later time, after the decision date. Nevertheless, one must do this registration as a participant (to generate the invoice) themself; having your abstract accepted does not automatically register you for the conference.

Please save your file as “Talk_NameSurname.tex” for submission, and follow the example for contribution abstract.

Posters:

We will organize a proper poster session in person, as well as host online posters on our server – please see online posters below.

We encourage researchers at all stages of their career (from students to professors) to opt for presenting a poster, in order to reduce the high number of parallel sessions.

Posters should be in A0 format and preferably portrait layout. Landscape A1 format is also accepted but not recommended. There is no template provided for the physical posters. For submission, all posters should have an abstract formatted by using the template below. Online posters:

For the researchers that cannot travel to join us in Heidelberg we offer the option of submitting an online poster. There will be NO online poster session, but all abstracts and posters will be hosted on our server, together with the contact details of the authors, so that they can be contacted by those interested.
